Our car broke down in Dothan around 5pm. Too late for car service. The Doubletree was a life saver! The room was reasonable, comfortable, and the restaurant was beautiful and the food delicious. The front desk clerk, Matt, went over-and-above for us. His kindness and care turned our miserable day into a sweet respite at Doubletree.
UPDATED REVIEW! Although our stay was not a nice one, management at DoubleTree in Dothan is top tier! Our issue was handled with such professionalism and genuine kindness. I believe I spoke to Dan or Daniel and he listened and was apologetic and made us feel better about our experience. Thank you to the management team for the quick response and help!
I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree. The hotel was spotless and the shower deserves a special mention—excellent water pressure and a high-quality shower head that truly made me feel refreshed. There’s something to be said about stepping out of a hotel shower and actually feeling clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was especially important for me as I was recovering from surgery at Flowers Hospital. The pillows were the perfect balance of firm yet soft, and I slept great (though I’ll admit the post-surgery medication probably helped too). The staff was top-notch—friendly, personable, and made me feel like family. We had a small issue with our TV, and they fixed it right away. They even offered to move us to another room, but since the TV was quickly resolved, it wasn’t necessary. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate. Overall, my stay couldn’t have been better. Clean, comfortable, and caring—everything you want in a hotel. I will 100% stay here again.

The room was so clean and spacious. It had all of the complimentaries that you forget a leave, like: shampoo,blow dryer, makeup remover pads,ex. The pool was so beautiful and elegant. From the front desk til your room the customer service was professional, helpful and friendly. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend my friends.
